And here is what I will probably be making at Sunday Meal Prep to serve 3 adults for a week of meals and also on a beach trip:

Food for the Week
Morning Frittata Eggs, chopped chicken, peppers, greens
Zucchini Noodles and Meatballs pesto sauce with noodles and meatballs
Pork and Shrimp Meatballs green onion sauce with an asian meatball over riced cauliflower
Chicken Fried Rice
Riced cauliflower and broccoli with ginger, garlic, eggs, green onions and olive oil
Roasted Pork Loin Rolled in cumin and garlic and salt, sliced for cold or hot protein
Keilbasa and Broccoli Simple and tasty, cook Keilbasa wrapped in bacon then slice.
Pork Sandwiches
Make lettuce buns, make mayo, sliced pork in lettuce buns with spicy mayo and pickles
Egg scramble
Scramble eggs with crumbled bacon and veggies. Simple, delicious
Cucumbers and Tuna
Tuna salad with green onions, serve in Cucumber boats or like cuke crackers
Tuna Salad over Greens
Boiled Eggs
Pecans
Mix a tiny bit of olive oil with salt, pepper, and spices to make spiced nuts
