This week will be an expensive week because I am going to be making some beach food for the weekend! Still, compared to what we would spend on a standard diet for 3 adults for a week of good eating…. this is not that bad! I also have to replace some staples this week like Olive oil….

Keilbasa and Broccoli | Simple and tasty, cook Keilbasa wrapped in bacon then slice. | |
Pork Sandwiches |
Make lettuce buns, make mayo, sliced pork in lettuce buns with spicy mayo and pickles

Egg scramble |
Scramble eggs with crumbled bacon and veggies. Simple, delicious

Cucumbers and Tuna |
Tuna salad with green onions, serve in Cucumber boats or like cuke crackers
